Get Free ZTE Modems and Huawei Modems Unlocker Software Olusegun Fapohunda Last updated on July 31st, 2014 Recently I gave out A Free Modem Unlocking Software, but the cons of this software is that it can’t unlock the new ZTE modems but it can unlock all types of HUAWEI modems. With CDMA phones, however, the SIM card does not store such information. Your identity is tied to the CDMA network and not the phone. This means swapping CDMA SIM cards doesn't 'activate' the device in the same way. You instead need approval from the carrier before you can activate/swap devices.

5) Followed the usual procedure to run QPST and QXDM in order to change the LTEBCCONFIG values. But I got error message as 'NV Status error Recieved: Item Inactive'. Can any one please help me on this issue. I'm currently on 8.2.2.0 Global rom. Attached is the screenshot. I purchased this phone from China. It came with 8.2.0.2 rom(Fake one).
I was able to use CDMA/3G networks with the fake rom. After updating to 8.2.2.0 global rom, mi 6 stopped taking 3G networks. I am trying to unlock the bands. If anyone has a solution for this issue then please share it with me.
I think you're forgetting the most important thing. It is not only a matter of enabling at baseband level the frequencies that are needed (which of course would be necessary). It is true that the Mi6 baseband is capable of supporting the vast majority of LTE bands (yes, B20 too), but that is only ONE of the requirements.
There are hardware components that 'fix' (if you want to call it) the bands (or combinations of bands) that can be used at the end, and are elements that are outside the baseband, and you can't change by software, you will need replace some hardware components:) The manufacturer not only selects the chip (SoC/baseband.), but also integrates it with other indispensable elements that make possible the use of some bands or others, like Antennas, Power Amps or Filters. Yes, you have a modded baseband supporting band 20, but you don't have PA/filters (and maybe antennas too) to be able to work with her.
Mi6 support 850/900/1900/2100 for 3G+. I know the fake room, exactly the same with which mine originally came. Currently there is only one version of Mi6, with two firmwares, Chinese and global. Although the hardware is the same, the baseband in both is different, and is adapted to different scenarios. Global baseband support more and better UE providers, and china make sometimes a better job with EEUU market, and of course china/india.
If it worked with the fake, it can work with the official, another very different thing is that some bug of problems. You can try somethings: 1. Try with china firmware 2.
